We operate with stones extracted from our own quarries, which allows us to control each stage of the process with technical rigor and high standards, offering more competitive products.
Our production process is guided by sustainable practices based on three pillars: solar energy, water reuse, and reforestation. Environmental responsibility is an essential part of our excellence.
Solar energy
Our use of clean, renewable energy generates savings of 95% compared to electricity.
Water reuse
80% of the water used in our entire production process is reused.
Reforestation
With our partners at Instituto Terra, for every block extracted, 10 trees are planted.

1989
Our story began with an entrepreneurial spirit and research led by Dr. Júlio, a geology professor at the Federal University of Ceará. That same year, we began operating our first mine, located in Santa Quitéria, Ceará, where we began extracting granite at the Asa Branca Mine.
1990
Taking advantage of the economic opening to the foreign market, Granistone positions itself as one of the main drivers of the sector's growth in the country.
2002
The stone portfolio expands with the extraction of marble, semi-precious and exotic stones
2020+
In addition to the trade in raw stones, operations are expanded to other stages of the production process: the rocks are processed for use in architectural and artistic projects.
